Add it to WordPress

1. In a post or page: add a Custom HTML block and paste the code (box or ticker).
2. In a sidebar or footer: go to Appearance → Widgets (or the Site Editor in block themes), add a Custom HTML block to the area, paste, and save.
3. WordPress.com sites: scripts in Custom HTML need a paid plan with hosting features activated. On the free plan WordPress.com removes the script, so only the text link shows (WordPress.com support). Self-hosted WordPress has no such limit for administrators.
4. Caching or optimisation plugins that delay JavaScript are fine; the widget simply loads a moment later.

Add it to Blogger

1. Sidebar or header: open Layout, click Add a Gadget in the area you want, choose HTML/JavaScript, paste the code and save.
2. Inside a post: switch the post editor to HTML view, paste the code where you want it, and publish.
